Monica Mattick, LCSW

Hello! My name is Monica, and I have been providing clinical supervision for about five years. My approach to supervision is primarily collaborative and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on creating a space where you feel comfortable bringing questions, challenges, and areas for growth.

I often explore topics such as use of self, ethics, treatment modalities, and countertransference, while also helping fine-tune clinical skills and build confidence, comfort, and self-awareness in your work. I believe supervision can be a space for both professional development and thoughtful reflection on how we show up as clinicians.
