Hi! I'm Margot (she/her). I live in Portland, Oregon with my three kids and husband. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2014 and have worked in a variety of settings from community mental health, to medical clinics and private practice. I have been fortunate to have been supported by many wonderful supervisors over that time and I am excited to offer the same warmth and support to fellow clinicians.

My intention in the supervisory relationship is to create an environment that is conducive to self study, learning and growth. My approach is informed by anti-oppressive practices, attachment theory and relational neuroscience. I have experience working with people during pregnancy, postpartum, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, children and adolescents and with people experiencing anxiety, depression grief and trauma. I'm certified as a perinatal mental health provider and as an EMDR therapist.
